It has a daily inspirational entry to read. I read Charles Fillmore's book "Keep A True Lent". This book helps in giving the reader affirmations and scriptures to read throughout the Lenten season. This is book is very helpful! 3. I declare and embody my daily affirmation. 4. I pray to God throughout the day. When I am washing dishes, driving, doing laundry. I do my best to remember God and express my gratitude to her all day long! 5. I meditate every day from 5-20 mins. 6. I eat a Vegan Diet plus no coffee, sugar or alcohol. This helps me not alter my nervous system and makes me feel very light and healthy.
